Does the host need to issue an invoice if the booking is made by a private individual? If I am a private host, do I have to declare the income received through Spathios? Can I issue an invoice even though I am not registered as self-employed? If the customer is a foreign customer, does the invoice include VAT? Do I have to register with the Régimen de Autónomos to publish my space?

The operation is located where the property is located. If the space is located on the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, VAT is always charged regardless of where the client is located, be it a private individual or a company.
