Does the host need to issue an invoice if the booking is made by a private individual? If I am a private host, do I have to declare the income received through Spathios? Can I issue an invoice even though I am not registered as self-employed? If the customer is a foreign customer, does the invoice include VAT? Do I have to register with the Régimen de Autónomos to publish my space?

If the customer making the booking is a private individual, the host is not required to issue an invoice. However, if the customer requests it, the host must provide an invoice. If the booking customer is a company, the host must always issue an invoice.
