How does invoicing work at Spathios?

At Spathios there are two billing models depending on the nature of the client: Company/Freelance or Individual
Company/Freelance:
If the client is a company or self-employed, Spathios will invoice the client the total amount of the booking (100%) plus processing fees.
The owner must upload the invoice for 85.5% of the total booking amount to Spathios in order to receive payment of the booking.
Individual:
If the client is an individual, Spathios will invoice the host 14.5% of the total amount of the booking. The host will invoice the client the total amount of the booking (100%).
Spathios will invoice the client the processing fee.
