How can I calculate what I will be paid?

1. The prices shown on our platform include VAT.
2. You will be charged the established price for the contracted number of hours plus extra costs (cleaning costs, costs for additional guests, etc.) in case these extras are added.
3. Spathios will deduct from the total price, the commission of 14.5% (VAT included) of the total amount of the booking.
Example:
A guest books your space for 4h at £50/h. There will be 15 people attending of which 5 have an extra cost of £10/person. There is also a cleaning fee of 30€.
Summary:
4h * £50 = £200
5 pax * 10£ = £50.
Cleaning = £30.
Total booking fee: 280£.
You win: £280 * 14.5% = £239.40
