How can I modify a booking? What status can a booking go through? What happens if I reject a booking that has already been paid? What happens if a booking is cancelled? What cancellation policies does Spathios have?

1. Spathios will notify you of any cancellations made to your spaces.

2. The customer will receive a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy you have chosen, unless there is force majeure or the guest is eligible for a refund.
