What happens if I cancel a booking that has already been paid?

If the booking is already paid, you will receive a refund according to the cancellation policy established by the host, except in the case of majeure force or when the requirements for a refund to the guest are met. If the booking is not paid the cancellation is always free of charge.

To cancel your application:

1. Go to the Spathios website.

2. Click on the Bookings section.

3. Click on Details.

4. Click Annul/Cancel reservation.

5. Choose a reason for cancellation.
